What this website collects, what it deliberately does not, and how we handle your information.
Effective / last updated: [Effective date, e.g. June 1, 2026]
Template, not legal advice. This covers the public website only. Clinical records and intake are handled in SimplePractice and described in the Notice of Privacy Practices. Bracketed [items] need the practice's specifics; have a healthcare attorney review and finalize before relying on this.
The short version
This website is a marketing and information site. It is built to notcollect protected health information (PHI). When you choose to begin care, you’re taken to our secure, HIPAA-compliant scheduling system (SimplePractice) to share your details there, not here.
What this website collects
- Nothing that identifies you, by default. The site has no contact or intake form; we run no analytics on these pages and do not send referrer URLs to other sites.
- Information you choose to send us if you email the practice directly.
What this website does NOT collect
- No protected health information (PHI) is stored on this site or its server.
- No Google Analytics, no Meta/Facebook Pixel, and no third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
- No name, email, phone, or health concern is captured on this site, booking happens entirely in the secure portal.
Third-party services
When you book or begin intake, you’re directed to SimplePractice, our scheduling and records system, which operates under its own privacy practices and a Business Associate Agreement with the practice. Any information you provide there is governed by SimplePractice’s terms and our Notice of Privacy Practices.

Email & sensitive information
Standard email is not a secure channel. Please do not include sensitive health details when you email us. For anything clinical, use the secure client portal.
Children
This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children through the site. [Adjust if the practice serves minors and collects information accordingly.]
Your choices
- You can browse the entire site without providing any personal information.
- You can disable cookies/JavaScript in your browser; the core pages still work.
- You can contact the practice to ask what information we hold about your website interactions.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy; the current version and its effective date are posted here.
